How We Work

Four Rules We Hold To

These are the rules we promise clients. They describe your working week as much as they describe theirs.

Senior people do the work

The people who scope your project are the ones who build it. We do not hand delivery down to whoever happens to be free.

Demos, not decks

Every week ends with software you can click. Progress you cannot open in a browser is not progress we will claim.

You own everything

Your Git organisation, your cloud accounts, your design files. We build no proprietary layer to rent back to you later.

Bad news travels fast

Slipping dates and wrong assumptions get raised the week we spot them, while there is still room to do something about it.

What You Get

What We Can Actually Promise

A short list, deliberately. Everything on it is something you can check for yourself in your first week.

🤝Direct access

A short path to a decision

When you need an answer — on scope, on priorities, on something that is blocking you — you go to the person who can give it rather than waiting for it to come back down a chain.

🧭Real scope

Ownership from the first month

You own features and, before long, whole projects — the interesting parts included, not only the pieces nobody else wanted.

🔍Named reviewer

Your work is actually reviewed

Every change is read by a person who will tell you what is wrong with it and why. That is the fastest way anyone gets better, and it is free.

📅Mon–Fri, 9 to 6

A five-day week we mean

Nine to six, Monday to Friday. Deadlines occasionally cost an evening; that is the exception we apologise for, not the schedule we plan around.

🌴Time off

Paid leave and public holidays

Annual paid leave plus national holidays, confirmed in writing with your offer. We would rather you took it than banked it.

🏢Onsite, Surat

A proper desk and machine

A workstation that can build what we ask you to build, at our Cyber City office in Utran, ready on your first day.

The Process

How Hiring Runs

Six steps, usually ten to fourteen days end to end. You meet the people you would actually work with, and the practical exercise is scaled to the role you applied for.

  1. 01

    You email us

    Reply within 2 working days

Send your CV and anything you have built or written to the address on the role page. There is no form, no account, and no algorithm between you and us.

    • Read by a person, not filtered by software
    • A yes or a no either way — we do not go silent
    • Links to real work count for more than CV length
  2. 02

    Intro call

    30 minutes

A call with someone who leads the team you would join, to hear what you want from the role and to answer whatever you want to ask about us.

    • What the role actually involves day to day
    • Your expectations on timing, and ours
    • Time set aside for your questions, not just ours
  3. 03

    A practical exercise

    3–4 days to complete

A small piece of the real job, scaled to the role: a build task for engineers, a written brief for marketing, an outreach exercise for business development. No brainteasers and no unpaid project work.

    • How you approach the problem, not just the answer
    • Work we would be happy to receive from a colleague
    • Your reasoning written down alongside it
  4. 04

    Working session

    45–60 minutes

We go through what you submitted together with the person who would review your work, and take it a step further live.

    • Explaining the choices you made and the ones you rejected
    • Working through a change together
    • How you take feedback in the moment
  5. 05

    Meet the team

    30 minutes

Time with the people you would work with day to day, so the decision is informed on both sides rather than just ours.

    • Where the company is going and where you would fit
    • What you want to be doing in two years
    • Straight answers about what is hard about working here
  6. 06

    Offer and first week

    Decision within 24 hours

A written offer with the terms spelled out, then a first week planned in advance rather than improvised around you.

    • Pay, leave and terms in writing before you decide
    • A working machine and desk ready on day one
    • A named person responsible for your first month
Questions

Before You Apply

Everything candidates ask us first. If yours is not here, write to hello@aquisontechnologies.com and ask.

How do I apply?

Email your CV to hello@aquisontechnologies.com with the role name in the subject line — for example, "Application: Full Stack Intern". Every role page has an apply button that opens that email with the subject and a short template already filled in. There is no application form and no account to create.

Are any of these roles remote or hybrid?

No. Every open role is fully onsite at our office in Cyber City, Utran, Surat, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. We work this way because many people here are early in their careers, which is exactly when sitting next to someone who can answer your question matters most. If you are looking for remote work, we are not the right fit right now, and we would rather say so here than in the third interview.

How long are the internships, and are they paid?

Internships run three to six months, full-time and onsite. The exact duration, the stipend and the start date are agreed in the first call. We deliberately do not publish a number here, because it depends on the length and the role, and we would rather commit to a figure with you directly than qualify one on a web page.

Can an internship turn into a full-time role?

That is the intention where it works out on both sides, and it is the main reason we run internships at all rather than hiring only experienced people. It is not automatic and we will not pretend otherwise — it depends on the work you do and on whether we have the headcount when your internship ends. You will know where you stand well before the last week.

What should I include in the application email?

Your CV as an attachment, a link to anything you have built or written, and a few lines on why this particular role. For engineering roles a GitHub link or a deployed project is worth more to us than a longer CV; for marketing, send a writing sample. Please do not send a generic covering letter — we read these ourselves and can tell.

How long does the hiring process take?

Usually ten to fourteen days from application to offer, and we aim to reply to every application within two working days either way. If we are slower than that, it is because we are genuinely undecided rather than because your email is sitting unread — you are welcome to chase us.

None of These Quite Fit?

If you can do something we clearly need and there is no listing for it, make the case in an email. A good one gets read and answered, not filed.
