What This Job Actually Is
A full-time onsite internship of three to six months. Length, stipend and start date are agreed in the first call rather than advertised here.
Our own website is the training ground: a live site with real search traffic, real case studies and a journal that needs feeding. You would work on it directly, with senior people reviewing what you publish, and see in Search Console what your work did.
Marketing is one of the few fields where the internet will teach you the theory for free. What it will not give you is a real site, real analytics access, and someone to tell you when a post is not good enough yet. That is the part we are offering.
What You Would Do
- Research keywords and help plan what we should be publishing and why.
- Draft blog posts, service copy and social posts, and revise them after feedback.
- Do on-page SEO work — titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text.
- Schedule and publish across LinkedIn and keep the calendar honest.
- Pull numbers from Google Analytics and Search Console and turn them into a short monthly summary.
What You Bring
The first list is what the job genuinely requires. The second is not a filter — apply without any of it.
Must-haves
- Genuinely good written English — this is the core of the job, and we will ask for a sample.
- Real curiosity about how search works, whether from coursework, a blog, or your own experiments.
- Final-year student or recent graduate in any discipline.
- Able to work onsite at our Utran office, Monday to Friday, for the full internship.
What You Will Learn
An internship should leave you able to do something you could not do before. This is what we are committing to teach.
- On-page and technical SEO applied to a real site, with a crawl report to check your work against.
- How to write for a technical audience without either dumbing it down or hiding behind jargon.
- Reading Google Analytics and Search Console well enough to tell signal from noise.
- How a content calendar actually gets planned, commissioned and shipped.
- What B2B marketing looks like when the buyer is a founder rather than a shopper.
- How to report on a channel honestly, including when the answer is that it did not work.
